Custom 8 Panel Footbag Planning Specifications

This 8 panel footbag is the most economical professional-quality footbag for the Premium & Promotion market. It is ideal for performing the most advanced tricks because it is loosely filled with sand and made of soft suede type material. Durable enough to last thousands of hours of play.

This footbag consists of 8 triangular shaped panels sewn together by hand. You choose fabric panel colors and ink colors for your silk-screened logo. Screen printing done prior to sewing. Use the drawing to the left to plan logo placement. Production time averages 20 to 30 days.

Base fabric panel colors may be chosen from standard Pantone colors as can the logo ink colors. It is recommended to select two different fabric colors for the most visually stunning footbag as in the picture above, and one should be a lighter color fabric choice (like white) for best logo contrast.

Included in the base product price is a one color logo on one silk screened panel, however, you may silk screen addition panels up to all 8 panels for additional charges. Likewise, you may select additional ink colors for your logos for additional charges (see below), including up to 4 colors on each logo.

Color Selection: We will attempt to match your specific PMS color for panel and ink colors, however, we can not promise an exact match. Usually we come within 2 PMS color numbers.

We recommend to select a contrasting light colored panel, such as white, for the panel to be silk-screened, with contrasting darker color panels, such as black, blue or red to provide the best fabric panel contrast. For example, panels 1, 3, 6 & 8 for blue and 2, 4, 5 & 7 white.

Select your ink colors for your silk screened message. Extra ink colors (up to 4 per image), cost $0.10 per footbag for each extra color.

In choosing your ink color, we recommend to select primary colors that offer good contrast on light colored panels, such as Black, Blue or Red. Or provide PMS colors and we will try to match.

Additional silkscreened panels cost an extra $0.10 per footbag for each additional printed panel. Provide artwork, if different, and panel numbers for additional logos.

Please provide artwork to Adventure Trading. Artwork must be rendered as clip art please. No blends or shading. Emailed digital proof is provided. Production sample costs $75 and delays production. FOB Seattle. Provide digital artwork in .JPG, .TIF, .EPS or .PDF formats, make your file sizes smaller than 2 Mb. If using EPS or PDF make sure to outline all fonts.
